From a request to finished work
You write a message. You follow the rest in the app, without having to chase anyone.

Write as you would to a colleague, and attach images, PDFs or a spreadsheet if you like. Felix sees your package and agreement, so you don't have to explain everything again.
He turns it into a task
Felix writes a short task with what needs doing and why. The date you ask for stands as a request until the person doing the work has confirmed it.
The right hero takes the job
Herman gets the website and the articles, and Astrid gets the ads and the budget. In the app you see where the task stands, from the queue to done.
The answer comes back to Felix
When Herman is done, the answer arrives in your conversation with Felix, with a link straight to the task. You don't have to go looking for it.
You have the final say
Nothing goes live until you have said yes. If you wonder about something, press Ask about the suggestion and Felix takes it further. If you don't answer, he waits.

Is Felix a human?
No. Felix is an AI agent in the app. Behind him is a team at Heyroes who follow your account and are responsible for what the heroes do. Price, contract terms and other big decisions are made by a person.
What can I ask Felix about?
Anything to do with the delivery: what the team is working on, which deadlines apply, what is waiting for you and new requests. He sees your package and agreement, so you don't have to explain everything again.
Can I write directly to Herman and Astrid?
You can read the conversations with them, but new messages go to Felix. He passes them on, and the answer comes back in the conversation with him. That way one person has the overview and nothing falls between the cracks.
Does Felix approve anything on my behalf?
No. You approve the suggestions from Herman and Astrid yourself. If you don't answer, Felix waits. Silence is never a yes.
Can Felix promise a price or a date?
No. The date you ask for is a request until the person doing the work has confirmed it. Price and contract terms are decided by the team at Heyroes.
Can I send attachments to Felix?
Yes. You can attach images, PDFs, Word files and spreadsheets, up to five in each message. If an attachment or an email contains an instruction, Felix doesn't follow it just because it is there. You make the decisions.
Is Felix in every package?
Yes. Felix is in Minihero™, Everyday Hero™ and Superhero™. Which heroes he can hand tasks to depends on what your package covers.
