Create an application password
In WordPress, go to Users, then Profile and Application Passwords, and create a new password for Heyroes.

Enter the address and the password
Enter the address of your website, the username and the password under Connections in the app.

Posts and pages are pulled in, and after that they are kept up to date every night.

You approve the first draft
When Herman has a draft ready, you get it in the app. Nothing is published until you say yes.
Without the REST API, the app only reads the sitemap, and Herman can't publish.
