Questions and answers

What people ask about approvals

What happens if I don't answer?

Nothing happens. Silence is never a yes. What is waiting is listed in the weekly brief every Monday, and a draft that has waited for a week gets a reminder. If the date passes for a page without approval, it is not published.

Can I undo something that has been done?

An ad change that has been made can be undone with one tap in the history. Money that has already been spent doesn't come back, but the setting goes back to how it was.

What does Adjust mean?

You write what you want different, and the hero makes a new suggestion. The old one stays as replaced, so you see what changed.

Do I get a notification when something is waiting?

Yes, in the app. Notifications for suggestions that need approval are on from the start, and you can turn them off in the settings for the heroes.

Can I set a limit for the budget?

Yes. With a monthly budget limit, the heroes never suggest anything that takes the total ad budget over the limit, and the limit is checked again right before a change is made.

Is Vera's check the same as my yes?

No. Vera checks the quality of exactly that version. It is still you who decides whether it goes out.
