We have a call
A 30 minute call about your business, your customers and the website you have today. You get a recommendation and a fixed price from the price list, so you know what it costs before anything starts.
You get the app and Felix
You log in and fill in “Get ready for growth”: your business, your channels and your goals. You send the logo, images and price list to Felix.
Felix hands out the work
Felix collects what you have sent and gives the job to whoever should do it. The ads go to Astrid, and the design and the website go to the team.
The design is made in your brand
The design is made from your logo and colors, not a ready made template. You say what you want to change before anything is built.
The site is built on a test link
Viktor and the team build the site in WordPress and write the copy from what you have told us. The site you have today stays untouched until launch.
You say yes and the site goes live
Everything is tested on phone and desktop before you get the link. Nothing launches before you have approved it in the app, and we fix errors in delivered code for free for 60 days.
The ads run
Astrid sets up the campaigns while the site is being built, and they stay paused until you have said yes. Then she follows them every day. You pay the ad budget directly to Google and Meta.
Every Monday you know where you stand
The weekly brief shows what has been done and what is coming. Every month a report arrives with the numbers and three sentences written by a person.

Does AI do the whole job?
No. The heroes do much of what used to take hours, like setting up ads, reading the numbers and making suggestions. People on our team build the site and review everything the heroes make before it reaches you.
I do not have time for a project right now
That is the most common thing we hear. You spend a few hours in total: a call, a bit about your business in the app, and feedback on the design and the test link. The heroes and the team do the rest.
What if the project drags on?
We agree on a date before we start, and most sites are live in 1 to 4 weeks. The price is fixed, so it does not cost more if something takes longer on our side.
Do I have to talk to a robot?
You write to Felix in the app, and he passes the job on. If you would rather talk to a person, you book a call with the team.

What businesses most want to know about the process
How long until I am up and running?
After the call you know what it costs, and the website usually launches within 1 to 4 weeks. The ads are set up while the site is being built, and they run once the site is live and you have said yes.
Which ad channels do I get?
It depends on your package: Minihero™ runs Google, Everyday Hero™ runs both Google and Meta, and Superhero™ runs all four: Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn. Astrid follows Google and Meta every day, and the team handles TikTok and LinkedIn.
What do I need to contribute along the way?
Less than you think: a bit about your business, a logo and images (or let us make them), and feedback on the design and the test link. You fill in most of it in the app, and we write the copy. Expect a few hours in total, not weeks.
What happens after launch?
That is when it begins. Your package includes hosting, ads, technical SEO and AEO every month. A weekly brief arrives every Monday, and a report every month with the numbers and three sentences written by a person. Ongoing SEO with Herman comes with Synlighelt™.
What does it cost?
You pay a fixed monthly price, and all the prices are on the website: Minihero™ from $1,000 a month, Everyday Hero™ from $2,000 a month and Superhero™ from $5,000 a month. The ad budget is paid directly to the platforms and comes on top. All prices excl. tax.
Do I own the website myself?
Yes. You own the domain, the code, the design and all the content from day one, and you can move to another provider at any time.
What if we already have a website?
Then we move the content over when you become a customer, at no extra cost. Early in the process we go through what should carry over, what can be cut and which addresses need to be redirected, so you do not lose the rankings you have in Google today.
Can we see the website before it launches?
Yes. You get a dedicated test link where you follow along while the site is built and give feedback as we go. There you see the copy together with the design, so it is easy to see what should be adjusted. Nothing goes live before you have approved the launch in the app.
Who works on our project?
Felix is who you write to, from day one to long after launch. He gives the job to whoever should do it: Astrid takes the ads, Frida the design in Designhelt™ and Herman the visibility in Synlighelt™. Viktor and our team build the site together. People on our team review everything before it reaches you.
How often do we hear from you along the way?
Every Monday a weekly brief arrives with what has been done, what happens next and what we need from you. After launch, a report also arrives every month. If you wonder about anything in between, you write to Felix.
What happens if something does not work after launch?
We fix errors in delivered code for free for 60 days after launch. After that, hosting, security, backup and support are included in the monthly price, so you have someone to ask even when the guarantee has run out. We watch uptime and security around the clock.
