The price explained
The difference between two online stores is rarely about WooCommerce itself, but about these six things. You will find our packages further down, under the Online store tab.
How many products can we have?
Store Start has room for 50 products and Plus for 250. In Premium we agree the range. Many variants of each product mean more setup.
Which payment methods can customers use?
Small has one payment method, such as Klarna or cards. Medium has several, and better control of shipping and stock. Shipping prices by weight and zone need Large.
Do orders go straight into the accounting software?
Orders can be sent automatically to your accounting system. The connection has its own monthly price in every package, and some systems cost more than others.
Can we sell to customers in other countries?
If the store is to be shown in several languages or currencies, you need Large. The product copy then has to exist in every language too.
Who makes the product photos and the copy?
Photos, descriptions and categories must be ready before the store opens. Agree early on who makes them, so it is written into the quote.
What does the store cost each month?
Hosting, backups, security and WooCommerce updates cost from $400 a month. An online store needs more capacity than a regular website.

The growth packages include a website. If you move to a growth package within 3 months of your website going live, you get half the website price back as a discount, spread over your first 6 invoices. Hosting and maintenance stop at the same time, since they are included in the growth package.

Questions and answers
What most people wonder about before they set money aside for an online store.
A WooCommerce online store costs from $4,000 with us. Store Start has room for 50 products, with Klarna and cards at checkout. Store Plus costs $8,000 and has room for 250 products, filters, upselling and a newsletter. Store Premium costs from $15,000, with the range as agreed, several languages and currencies, and a connection to accounting or inventory.

Hosting and the app, which cost $400 a month for Small, $600 for Medium and $1,000 for Large. The agreement has a 12-month commitment.
If you choose an accounting connection, it has its own monthly price. The payment provider also takes a fee per sale, and with a growth package your ad budget comes on top, which you pay directly to Google and Meta.
Not to us, and not to WooCommerce. We charge a fixed price and take no share of your revenue.
Your payment provider does take its own fee per payment, whether the customer pays with Klarna or a card. The rate is in the agreement you sign directly with the provider, and it varies between payment methods. Factor the fee into your margin, especially if you sell many items at a low price.
Shopify is a ready-made platform you rent. You pay a subscription, and many features come as apps with their own monthly price. It is easy to get started with on your own.
WooCommerce is an extension to WordPress that you own yourself. The store, the products and the customer data are yours, and you can move to another provider. In return the store needs hosting and updates, and that is what the upkeep agreement covers.
Start with the number of products. If you sell a small range and manage with one payment method, Small is enough.
If the store will be run actively with campaigns, we recommend Medium, because it has more payment methods, discount codes and better control of shipping and stock. Large is for stores with many products, sales in several countries or shipping prices by weight and zone. If you are unsure, we recommend a package after a short call.
Because much of the work is left to you. A cheap online store is often a ready-made theme where you add the products yourself, set up shipping and payment, and take responsibility for updates.
That can work for a small store with a few items. But shipping, tax and payments that are not set up correctly only show when customers start buying. So ask what is included in the setup, and who runs the store afterward.
Yes, through the growth packages, which start at $1,000 a month. Google Ads is included in all of them, and ads on Facebook and Instagram come with Everyday Hero™.
You set the ad budget yourself and pay it directly to Google and Meta. Astrid goes through the campaigns every week and suggests changes, and nothing changes until you have approved it. We do not sell ads as a separate service.
