Managed WordPress hosting means the server is set up for WordPress and someone else runs it for you. You don't have to think about server setup, SSL, caching, backups and firewall.

Regular shared hosting is cheaper, but there you get a server with WordPress installed and do the rest yourself. Managed hosting fits when the website matters to the business and nobody on your side wants to be the one responsible for it.

Hosting has no separate price with us. It is part of the monthly service for your website, together with maintenance, security and the app, both when we build the website and in every growth package.

If you already have a WordPress site, we move it for free and give you a fixed price after a short chat. Backups, SSL, CDN, firewall and a staging environment are always included.

We do the migration for you, and it is free. First we take a full copy of the files and the database from your old provider and set the site up with us.

Then we test it on a temporary address, and you review it before anything changes. Once you have approved it, we point the domain at the new server. The old site stays up until the switch is made, and the content and design stay as they were.

Yes. An online store gets hosting that is set up for stores, and it is part of the monthly service in the online store packages. A WooCommerce store needs more memory and a faster database than a regular website, because products, stock and carts change all the time.

Caching is set up so that the cart and checkout are left out, so customers always see the right content. We move an existing online store the same way as a regular site.

Email carries on as before. When we move the website, we only change the DNS records that point to the website and leave the email records alone.

What you need to watch is email that lives with your old web host. It has to be moved before you cancel there, and we include that in the migration plan. If you need new addresses on your own domain, one, two or five come with our starter packages.

Hosting has a 12-month commitment and then 3 months' notice. You cancel in writing, for example by email.

If we build your website, hosting and maintenance are part of the starter package with the same 12 months. When you cancel, you get a full copy of the files and the database. The domain and the content are yours, so you can move the site wherever you like.

Yes. We sell hosting to anyone with a WordPress site, even if a freelancer, another company or you yourselves built it.

Before the move we look over the site, so we know which theme and plugins it uses. If something is outdated or unstable, we tell you before we move it, and you decide whether to clean it up now or later.

The servers and backups are in data centers within the EU and EEA, so data is processed under GDPR.

For speed, the distance to the server matters less than many think, because the CDN delivers images and files from a point near the visitor. That is how pages stay fast for visitors who are far from the server.
