How we measure
Numbers that matter
What the ads bring depends on the industry, the budget and the landing page, so we promise no averages. This is what you get regardless.
You pay a fixed price for the growth package. We take no percentage of what you spend on ads.
The weekly report shows what the ads have cost and how many leads they have brought.
The budget is not raised by more than 20% in a week without your approval.

Comparison
Google Ads vs SEO
Google Ads brings sales right away, but stops when the budget stops. SEO takes longer, but builds visibility you own. Most businesses gain from using both.
| Aspect | Google Ads |
SEO |
|---|---|---|
| Time horizon | Immediately from day one | Months before full effect |
| Cost model | Cost per click (CPC) | Fixed monthly price |
| Stops when the budget runs out | Yes, traffic stops immediately | No, rankings last for months |
| Ownership | Rented traffic | Owned traffic |
| Works in AI search | Google only, not ChatGPT or Perplexity | Yes, SEO and AEO get cited by AI |
| Best use | Short term traffic and tests | Long term growth and brand |

Questions and answers
Common questions about Google Ads management services
Direct answers to what businesses most often wonder about when they consider Google Ads management.
What does Astrid do in the ad account?
Astrid is our AI agent for ads. She follows the numbers every 15 minutes, finds searches that cost money without bringing customers, suggests new keywords and budget changes, and speaks up if something happens. Our team stands behind her and handles whatever needs a human.
Can Astrid change anything without my yes?
Only small changes that are easy to undo, like negative keywords and pausing an ad, and only if you have turned it on and she is at least 99% sure. New campaigns, a new bid strategy and pausing a whole campaign always wait for your yes.
What does Google Ads cost?
The total cost has two parts. The first is the ad budget, which Google bills you directly. It is typically $1,000 to $10,000 a month for small and mid-sized businesses.
The second is the growth package with us, which covers setting up and running the ads. It starts at $1,000 a month with Minihero™. We don't sell Google Ads as a standalone service. It is included in the growth packages Minihero™, Everyday Hero™ and Superhero™, and the price stays fixed however much you spend on ads. We never take a percentage of ad spend, so you gain from scaling, not us.
Do you take a percentage of ad spend?
No, we charge a fixed monthly price whatever the spend. Unlike agencies that add a percentage of the ad budget on top of a monthly fee, we don't make more when you spend more. Double the budget with a percentage model and you double the bill, even though the work is not proportionally bigger.
With us the price is fixed and predictable: you pay for the growth package, not by how much you spend on ads. Full transparency, and you gain fully from scaling the campaigns that deliver.
What budget do I need to succeed with Google Ads?
It depends on your niche and geography. As a general guide, local services (one city, a narrow niche) get real results from $500 to $1,500 a month. National services or competitive niches such as insurance, law and finance need at least $3,000 to $5,000 a month for the campaigns to optimize well.
We never recommend starting below $500 a month. The data signal gets too thin, and Google can't learn what works.
Do you guarantee results from Google Ads?
No, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. Results depend on the competition in your industry, landing page quality, product, geography and budget. What we do guarantee is a transparent process with daily optimization, a monthly report with concrete numbers, and a strategy based on data and not guesswork.
What are the terms for ending the monthly agreement?
Google Ads follows your growth package, which has 3 months' notice. You can give notice in writing at any time.
You own all the accounts yourself: the Google Ads account, the Google Tag Manager account and the GA4 account. We always set them up in your name, with you as primary owner. When the agreement ends you get full access and can move to another provider, run the ads yourself or pause the campaigns. See the terms of service for the full conditions.
Should I do SEO or Google Ads?
Both, but in a different mix. They solve different problems. Google Ads gives immediate traffic and is best for short campaigns, launches and testing new markets. SEO and AEO give compounding long term growth and a lower cost per customer over time.
Our recommendation is to start with Google Ads to fill the pipeline right away, and build SEO and AEO in parallel, so you gradually depend less on paid traffic. We offer both and often combine them for the same customer.
How long does it take to see results from Google Ads?
The first clicks and leads can arrive within 24 hours of launch. Real data-based optimization needs two to four weeks for Google's algorithm to learn. The higher the conversion volume, the faster Google can optimize automated campaign types like Performance Max.
What does Google Ads management include?
Google Ads management means someone sets up and runs your ad account, so the budget goes to searches that actually bring customers. With us that means keywords and campaign structure, ad copy, a landing page, tracking in GA4 and Tag Manager, and adjusting bids and negative keywords every day.
You get a report every month with cost per lead and what we do next. The accounts are in your name, so you keep everything if you ever want to switch provider or run the ads yourself.
How do I choose the right Google Ads agency?
If you are hiring an agency, start with how it charges. If it takes a percentage of the ad budget, the bill grows every time you scale, even though the job is the same. Also ask who owns the accounts, what is in the report and how long the notice period is.
A good provider can explain why every dollar is spent the way it is, and shows you the numbers without decoration. Google also has its own guide to Google Ads that is worth reading before you decide.
